What is Biofeedback? Biofeedback is a coaching and training process which helps people learn how to relax for more peaceful mental, physical, emotional and spiritual functioning.
What tools are used in Biofeedback? The most essential tool is YOU and your desire to enjoy a more relaxed life. This is aided by the use of the L.I.F.E System. L.I.F.E. System is an advanced electro-physiological biofeedback device, designed to aide in the reduction of stress and to assist muscle relaxation.
Who can benefit from the L.I.F.E. System? Both people and pets can experience the stress reducing, life enhancing benefits.
How long does it take? Sessions vary from 45 up to 90 minutes, offering you a simple, well deserved break during a hectic week. Some clients schedule every week while others visit less or more frequently. Everyone is different and we are happy to discuss a program that's best for you.
How much does it cost? Sessions range from as low as $50 with VIP savings to $75 for a single visit.
What does biofeedback feel like? Most people feel nothing at all during a session while others have spoken of feeling deeply relaxed and even revitalized. Its not unusual to lightly doze off during a session.

Research has shown that biofeedback may be effective for stress management by coaching or by teaching clients how to relax completely and re-educate their muscles.
Medical experts generally agree that stress is the major cause of all dis-ease. Manage your stress and your body is encouraged to heal itself. There is no guarantee that if you manage your stress, your body will heal itself.
